Capoeira Savana (Suh-von-uh) was founded in 2022 by Contramestre Macaco. This name was given by the great Mestre Negoativo as a way to describe the Capoeira Contramestre Macaco symbolizes.The word Savana is the Portuguese word for the African savannah. The African savannah is the source of all life for all of Africa, peoples, ethnicities, animals, and plants.
